This Grant Agreement (the Agreement) is made this 15th day of June, 2021, between Helios Education Foundation Incorporated (the Foundation) and The School Board of Broward County, Florida, a Florida public entity (Grantee). This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between Foundation and Grantee with respect to the purpose, conditions, recognition and administration of Foundation’s grant to the Grantee as specifically described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein (the Fund).
