This Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is for rental of the vacation property (“Property”) specified above in a confirmed Reservation. This Agreement is between: (1) Elizabeth Patrick as Trustee of the RMP Marital Trust (“Owner”), and the person who is the responsible renter of the Property (collectively, “Guest,” or “You.”).
