This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is entered into by and between Customer and Cvent, Inc., on behalf of itself and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (collectively, “Cvent”), and forms part of the Services Agreement(s) previously entered into by and between Customer and Cvent (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Data Protection Laws. This DPA is entered into as of the later of the dates beneath the parties' signatures below. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
