THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 11th day of November, 2019, between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “City”), and indieDwell Colorado, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the “Company”). The Company and the City are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually, without differentiation, each as a “Party.”
