This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between You and T-Systems International GmbH, Hahnstraße 43d, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (registered with Frankfurt am Main Local Court HRB 55933) and its possible successors in rights, hereinafter referred to as “T-Systems” or the “Company” for the “Software” as that term is defined herein. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
