This Non-disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective February 7, 2019 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Edison Software, Inc. a Delaware corporation having offices at 1054 S. De Anza Blvd., Ste. 105., San Jose, CA 95129 (“Edison” or “Discloser”) and the person listed at the bottom of this agreement (“Recipient”) (each herein referred to individually as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties”).
