An Act to ratify, authorise and approve a certain agreement made pursuant to section 105A of the Commonwealth Constitution on the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, between the Commonwealth of Australia and the States of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Aus- tralia, Western Australia and Tasmania, relating to advances made by the Common- wealth to the States for the purposes of settling on the land returned soldiers, their dependants, and certain other persons; to authorise a certain transfer in the accounts of the Colonial Treasurer; and for purposes connected therewith.
