This Master Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into as of this 11th day of August, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between Energy Harbor LLC (“Supplier”), a Delaware Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business at 168 East Market Street, Akron, Ohio 44308 and Osnaburg Township, Stark County, Ohio (“Community” or “Governmental Aggregator”), an Ohio governmental aggregator (each a “Party” and collectively, “Parties”).
