SOLES, FLX Creatives, CNY Family Sports Centre, and all their officers, directors, members, partners, employees, volunteers, agents, associations, sports disciplines, insurers, sponsors, facility, venue and property owners or operators upon which the Event takes place; law enforcement agencies and other public entities providing support for the Event; successors and assigns (Individually and Collectively, the “Released Parties”), in connection with my and/or my child’s attendance at and participation in the Colorful Soles Fun Run event to be held in Syracuse, New York on October 1, 2023, and all activities preceding and following such event (collectively, the “Event”).
