There is hereby established the MTNT SETTLEMENT TRUST (the “Trust”) which is a Trust created this day of 2019 effective as described in section 19.9, below. This agreement (“Trust Agreement”) is between MTNT, Ltd. (“MTNT”) an Alaska corporation organized under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, 43 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq., as amended (“ANCSA”), and the trustees (the “Initial Trustees”) identified in the attached Exhibit A (each a “Trustee”; collectively “Trustees”), each of whom is a natural person.
