This Financial Services Agreement, (the Agreement) is entered into on , 2023 by and between City of Crestwood, Missouri (the Client) and Piper Sandler & Co. (Piper Sandler or the Financial Services Provider). This Agreement will serve as our mutual agreement with respect to the terms and conditions of our engagement as your financial services provider, effective on the date this Agreement is executed (the Effective Date).
