This document shall constitute the Grantee’s agreement for the receipt of goods purchased with federal funds provided to the Department under the provisions of Title II, Section 251, of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), CFDA 90.401. The Department refers to this program as the Qualified Voter File’s Electronic Poll Book (EPB) Project.
