This MCIm/SWBT Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between MCIm Access Transmission Services, Inc. (“MCIm”), a Delaware corporation, and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (“SWBT”), a Missouri corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
