This Amendment is entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, through Lancaster County General Assistance, hereinafter referred to as “the County” and Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company, LLC, with a location at 2201 S. 17th Street, Lincoln NE 68503, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider.” Collectively the County and the Provider may be referred to as “Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
