This Agreement for Pre-Construction Design and Program Management Services for the San Bernardino County High Desert Public Safety Operations Center (the Agreement) is entered into as of September 6, 2011 (the Execution Date), by the CITY OF HESPERIA (CITY) a municipal corporation formed and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO (COUNTY), a political subdivision of the State of California. Hereafter, CITY and COUNTY are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
