This Online Banking Terms and Conditions document (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and State Bank. It explains the terms and conditions regarding your use of State Bank’s internet-based service providing access to your account(s) (“Online Banking”), and any additional services (each, a “Service”) you use offered through our Online Banking site or mobile applications (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any related disclosures or online instructions, applicable account agreements governing your State Bank loan, deposit and/or transaction account(s) enrolled in Online Banking (your “Online Account(s)”), agreements for any additional Services offered through the Site, and any other agreement(s) between you and us, as amended from time to time.
