This PROJECT COMMITMENT AGREEMENT (PCA) between, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation a (Local Distribution Company or LDC) and American Transmission Company LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, and ATC Management Inc. (collectively, ATC) for a project known as Pioneer - Bayport Voltage Conversion is effective on the latest date signed by the authorized representatives of each party. ATC and the LDC each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
