This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Plaintiffs Heather Brooke, Tiffany Coleman, and Keli Swann (collectively, “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), individually and as representatives of the Settlement Class as defined below, and Defendant Britax Child Safety, Inc. (“Britax”). Plaintiffs and Britax collectively are referred to herein as the “Parties,” or, respectively, as a “Party.”
