This Business Associate Agreement (the "Agreement") is between ParallelDots, Inc., with offices at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Business Associate”) and the organization or entity agreeing to these terms ("Covered Entity"). This Agreement governs access to and use of the Services. By electronically clicking "I Agree", signing a contract for the Services, or using the Services, the organization or entity agreeing to these terms agrees to this Agreement as a Covered Entity. The Business Associate and Covered Entity may each also be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
