This LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 23, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), is adopted by, executed and agreed to, for good and valuable consideration, by and among (i) RAH Equity Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), (ii) each of the Members (as defined herein) listed on the signature pages hereto and (iii) those other Persons who become Members of the Company from time to time, as hereinafter provided.
