The “Reseller Channel Partner Agreement” (or “RCPA”) includes the Reseller Channel Partner Agreement Terms (“RCPA Terms”) below, together with this preamble paragraph, all Orders, Cover Section (if any), addenda, and referenced attachments. JumpCloud Inc. (“JumpCloud”) may modify the RCPA Terms at any time by posting updated versions of the RCPA Terms on the Site. Such modifications become effective and binding on Partner thirty (30) days after the modifications are posted. Any continued Partner actions after the modifications have become effective will be deemed conclusive acceptance of the updated RCPA Terms. Except to the extent expressly provided in an Order, the RCPA Terms will take precedence over any conflicting or inconsistent terms and conditions accompanying any Order.
