The Government of the Republic of Italy and the Government of the State of Israel (hereinafter referred to as "the Parties"), guided by their desire to strengthen their friendly relations and to promote exchanges in the spheres of culture and education, based on the Agreement on Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Italy and the Government of the State of Israel signed in Rome on November 11th 1971 have agreed on the following Program of Cooperation for the years 2008-2011.
