This Agreement is made by and between The School Board of Indian River County (hereinafter, “SDIRC”) and the student and parent/guardian (“parent”) named on the bottom of this Agreement and takes effect on the date of the signature. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “mobile device” shall refer to the mobile device make and model listed below along with the charging cord (and possibly a hotspot) received with the mobile device.
