This deed of license made on this ­­­­­_______ day of ____________, 2010 (year two thousand ten) between _______________________________hereinafter called the “Licensor”) of the one part and Punjab Agri Export Corporation Limited (PAGREXCO) having its registered office at Plot No. 2-A, Sector 28-A, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh (hereinafter called the “Licensee”), which expression shall include its successors legal representatives, assignees and transferees etc. of the other part.
