These Terms of Service (these “Terms of Service”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Circular Exchange, Inc. (together with its affiliates, “Circular”, “we,” “our” or “us”) governing your use of the Circular Platform (as defined below) and our website (the “Site”). The related services provided by Circular, including the Circular Concierge (as defined below), to potential Suppliers and Customers (each as defined in Section 1) and the Site are collectively referred to as the “Circular Platform.”
