Applications, Inc. (herein referred to as "XYZ"). The computer program known as TrueGrid® will be referred to as the "Software". A "Copy" of the Software refers to one use of the Software on one computer at a time. By using the Software and its documentation, the Buyer is agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Software License Agreement contained herein.
