In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) both dated 20th December 2016, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Amazing Consortium Sdn Bhd (“the Vendor”) dated 25th November 2016, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
