This contract defines the terms and conditions under which Palace Park, LLC and "Client" as noted below. Client agrees to use of Palace Park, LLC facilities on "Event Date(s)" as noted below. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and becomes binding upon signature of client. This contract may not be amended or changed unless executed in writing and signed by Palace Park, LLC and the Client. This contract shall be considered void if not signed and returned within 5 days of issuance.
