This Resident Agreement (“Agreement”) is between THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS (“UNIVERSITY”) on behalf of its College of Medicine at Urbana-Champaign ("College”) and Name (“RESIDENT”) for the purpose of defining the relationship between the parties during RESIDENT’s appointment in the College’s Graduate Medical Education (“GME”) clinical training program in Name (“Residency Program“). The term “RESIDENT” also includes “intern” or “fellow.”
