In consideration of the Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau & show location permitting me to par- ticipate in the show, I hereby assume all risk & liability arising out of my participation in show and or my submission of this application. I also agree to hold harmless & indemnify the Macki- naw Area Visitors Bureau, the show location, & their officers, agents & employees from all lia- bility or responsibility whatever for injury to persons (including death) & for any damage to any of my property or the property of others arising out of or resulting from my participation in show. I further hereby remise, release & for- ever discharge said Mackinaw Area Visitors Bureau, show location, their officers, agents & employees from acts of god, any & all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages & liabilities resulting or arising directly or indi- rectly from my submission of this application and/or my participation in show. I have read and agree to all terms & conditions signing.
