WHEREAS, the Entity is desirous that the Contractor execute the Repair of DOST Building (Cagayan National High School, Tuguegarao City) in PB-INF-2021-042 (hereinafter called “the Works”) and the Entity has accepted the Bid of One Million Seventy Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Seven Pesos and Seventy Nine Centavos (₱1,073,597.79) (hereinafter called “the Contract Price”) by the Contractor for the execution and completion of such Works and the remedying of any defects therein.
