(“You”) is effective immediately and is issued pursuant to and incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement (the "Agreement") by and between Xband Enterprises and You. The terms and conditions of this Schedule are applicable to the Xband Enterprises ConnectID service only, and “Service” or “ConnectID” as used in this Schedule refers only to the Xband Enterprises ConnectID service.
