This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Envirotech Services, Inc., 910 54th Ave., Suite 230, Greeley, CO 80634 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Memorandum of Understanding, (MOU) executed under County Contract C-20-0749 dated December 1, 2020 for Corrosion Inhabited Liquid Magnesium Chloride, MOU090 which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
