PARTIES: This agreement between , the owner or legally appointed representative of the premises, hereafter called LANDLORD and COOL REALTY LLC, hereafter called the BROKER, whereby the LANDLORD appoints the BROKER, its agents, successors, and assigns EXCLUSIVE AGENT to rent, lease, operate, control and manage the following property. LANDLORD affirms that they are the exclusive owners of the premises and all co-owners shall sign this agreement. The LANDLORD hereby states that the premises are not currently for sale and agree to sign a Solvency Statement. LANDLORD warrants that the unit to be managed is a legal rental unit and rental of same will not be in violation of any rules, laws, or ordinances. The Property Information Sheet is attached to and made part of this agreement.
