Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), ITC^DeltaCom Communications, Inc. d/b/a ITC^DeltaCom (“ITC^DeltaCom”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated January 31, 2002 (“Agreement”) for the states of Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina, to be effective on the date of the last signature executing the Amendment.
