This software as a service subscription agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of TaskBlast or the System (as defined below), and any related services provided by the company owner of TaskBlast: Vorealis Software de CR S.A. (“Vorealis”), governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, having its principal place of business at the city of La Union, Province of Cartago, Costa Rica, Central America. You are referred to as "Customer" in this Agreement, if you use the System, if you click "I agree", or take any other affirmative action indicating your acceptance of this Agreement, then you have agreed to these terms.
