This is an Amendment to Quantity Purchase Agreement #9673, Cigarette Tax Stamps entered into by and between IDOA on behalf of Department of Revenue (hereinafter referred to as “State”) and Illinois Tool Works Inc, Meyercord Revenue Inc (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) dated 10/01/2004. In consideration of the mutual undertakings and covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree to amend the existing contract as follows:
