Effective 1 January 2021, in accordance with applicable law, neither this agreement, the website nor the Revolut App should be regarded as a solicitation, promotion or advertisement of the services that we will provide under this agreement in any Member State of the European Economic Area. In such circumstances, where you are situated in a Member State of the European Economic Area, we will only provide you the services under this agreement where you initiate such services at your own exclusive initiative; where we provide you services on this basis, they are not deemed as provided in the territory of the European Economic Area.
