This Subrecipient Agreement (“Agreement”), effective July 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), is between the City of Portland, Oregon, hereafter referred to as “City,” and Network for Oregon Affordable Housing (“NOAH”), hereafter referred to as “Subrecipient.” City and Subrecipient may be referred to jointly in this Agreement, as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
