CARD NOT PRESENT ADDENDUM TO MERCHANT CARD PROCESSING AGREEMENT This CARD NOT PRESENT ADDENDUM (the“Addendum’) is made a part of the terms and conditions of the Merchant Card Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”) and the Application for processing services signed by Merchant (the “Application”). By its signature on the Application, Merchant has agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of the Addendum.
