In the event of any conflicts or discrepancies between the Contract Documents, interpretations will be based on the following descending order of preference: (1) any executed amendments to this Contract or executed change orders, with those of later date having precedence over those with an earlier date; (2) this Contract; (3) the RFP; and (4) Contractor’s Proposal.
