THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "SA" or the “Agreement”) between Alert Logic, Inc. ("Alert Logic") or one of Alert Logic’s Affiliates (as defined below) and ("Customer") is made effective as of the date indicated below the Alert Logic signature on this SA (“Effective Date”). “Customer” may include Customer’s Affiliates approved by Alert Logic to receive Services (as defined in Section 2 of the SA) under this SA. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAREFULLY READING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING AN ORDER FORM, CLICKING “ACCEPT” AND/OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY SERVICES OF ALERT LOGIC. BY (AS APPLICABLE) SIGNING A SERVICE ORDER, CLICKING “ACCEPT” AND/OR ACCESSING OR USING SUCH SERVICES, CUSTOMER CONFIRMS THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ AND ACCEPTS THIS AGREEMENT.
