The below terms and conditions, combined with Schedule A (Minimum Hardware) and Schedule E which identifies the customer (“Customer”) and defines the Term and Pricing, and Schedules B, C, and D (included if applicable) form the End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) by and between the Customer and One on One Staffing Software, Ltd., an Ontario corporation (“mindSCOPE”).
