This Addendum Addendum to the Settlement Agreement made as of June 16, 2021 R&B Settlement Agreement has been executed to acknowledge and address the fact that the proposed class representative in the subject class action proceedings changed after the R&B Settlement Agreement was entered into but before said Agreement was approved by the Court.
