In this agreement: 1. the term “paddling activities” shall include all activities, events or services provided, arranged, organized, sponsored or authorized by the Operator with respect to the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival, Dragon Zone Paddling Club, Steveston Dragon Boat Festival and Creekside Kayaks, including, but not limited to: regattas, competitions, races, demonstrations, practices, events, orientation and instruction sessions, paddling courses and workshops including kayak, dragon boat, canoe and outrigger programs, and other such activities, events and services in any way connected with or related to the Operator; and 2. the term “Operators” shall include the Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival Society, Dragon Zone, City of Vancouver, Vancouver Parks and Recreation Board, City of Richmond, Britannia Heritage Shipyard Society, City of New Westminster, Concord Pacific Developments Ltd., all official sponsors, official suppliers, volunteers, and all of their respec
