PreambleThis agreement is binding for all deliveries to BOSCH. For deliveries to subsidiaries of the Robert Bosch GmbH located in NAFTA region, the terms of this agreement shall apply only if an Addendum was executed for that. This agreement replaces all general Quality Assurance Agreements previously agreed between BOSCH and SUPPLIER and in the event of contradiction takes precedence over any individual quality assurance agreements.The subject of the agreement are all from SUPPLIER delivered products, materials, services, and digital goods (software, data and software services) afterwards referred to as PRODUCTS. 1. Management Systems of SUPPLIERSUPPLIER shall maintain a certified management system complying at the very least with ISO 9001. For calibration, inspection, and test services a certification according to ISO 17025 is required. SUPPLIERS of digital goods are obligated in addition to maintain and prove an engineering management system, e. g. through self-assessments.Unsolicit
