This Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment”) shall serve to modify the existing Contract No. 20D0414 (“Contract”) between the Santa Cruz County Sanitation District (“District”) and Consor North America, Inc. (Consor) (“Contractor”) for environmental services for the Arana Trunkline Replacement Project. District and Contractor may sometimes be referred to in this Amendment collectively as “Parties” or individually as “Party.”
