Rock Village Hall cleaning team will ensure a full venue clean is completed by the end of the hire agreement. Shortly before the hire date a ‘Cleaning Services Form’ will be sent to the hirer which the hirer should complete and return to the Village Hall Coordinator. This form will contain information regarding the clean and enable the hirer to outline any requirements they have. Cleans will be for up to a maximum of 5 hours, if cleaning is required for more than 5 hours then it will be charged at £50 per hour.
