THIS OPTION AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and among TIM’S FARM & FORESTRY, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“TFF I”), TIM’S FARM & FORESTRY II, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“TFF II”), and DAVID H. GRIFFIN, SR. a/k/a D.H. Griffin (widower) (“DHG”; collectively, DHG, together with TFF I and TFF II, “Seller”), and CHATHAM COUNTY, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina (“Buyer”).
