THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on 02/23/2021 , by and between the City of Denton, Texas, a Texas municipal corporation, with its principal office at 215 East McKinney Street, Denton, Denton County, Texas 76201, hereinafter called “OWNER” and WM. M. Coleman & Associates, Inc. dba Coleman & Assoc. Land Surveying with its corporate office at 725 S Locust St. Denton, TX 76201, hereinafter called “CONSULTANT,” acting herein, by and through their duly authorized representatives.
